MATERIALHAUS Refunds Rev. 12.10.2026

Where things stand

Pro and Team are sold monthly or yearly through Paddle. The rules below apply to every payment; if they change, the date above moves.

First payment: 14 days

If a paid plan is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan and the whole amount comes back, monthly or yearly. You do not have to give a reason.

This is once per account. Downloaded files cannot be taken back, so if you try the same plan a second time and ask again, the second payment is not refunded.

Renewals

  • Monthly renewal. Not refunded once it has been charged. To stop it, cancel before the renewal date.
  • Yearly renewal. Refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge. A year is too much to lose to a forgotten date.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then stops renewing; the rest of a period is not refunded day by day. Your account returns to the free plan's allowances.

A refund ends the plan at once: the paid allowances stop there. Files you already downloaded stay yours, as the terms of use say.

Always refunded

Whatever the dates: a payment charged twice, a charge made after you cancelled, and any amount taken in error on our side.

Your rights under the law

If you are a consumer, the law where you live may give you rights beyond this page — in the European Union and the United Kingdom, for example, a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase, with an exception for digital content you have started to use. Nothing here limits those rights; where the law gives you more, the law applies.

How to ask

Checkout is run by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our reseller and merchant of record: the company named on your receipt, which collects the tax and makes the refund.

Ask for a refund from the link in Paddle's receipt email, at paddle.net, or by writing to support@materialhaus.com

The money goes back to the card or account you paid with; how long your bank takes after that is up to the bank.
